April 18 - Koupepia Cooking Class:
Join Dora Papageorgiou & Elena Ioannidis to learn how to make traditional Cypriot Koupepia (stuffed grape leaves) and Tzatziki. This will be a virtual cooking class with the option to add the ingredients for local delivery or pickup; you will have the chance to make pork, chicken or vegan koupepia.
As part of the cooking class, we are including a donation option to help us supply the ingredients for a cooking class we will be hosting with the PTA for the students of PS166Q in May. We are looking to our community to help sponsor the ingredients, so we can provide them to all the children that sign up for the cooking class at no cost to them or the PTA.
